Children’s Privacy ?

Oceaneye will never knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 years. If you are under 13 and wish to subscribe to our free-mail please consult with your parents first.

It is a requirement that you do not engage in any Oceaneye image purchases if you are under the age of 16. please consult with your parents if you wish to do so. We will need to confirm any transaction with an adult before orders are finalised. In the event that Oceaneye unknowingly collects information from a child under the age of 13, it will be deleted.
