Jules Phillips I would often find the fossilized remains of an ancient ecosystem in my own back yard in New Zealand's rural heartland; shells mostly, sometimes fishes, carved free by the rivers from the surrounding mountains and deep limestone cliffs. Decades later my view of the world has become a thought provoking process through the lens, largely inspired by nature - moving water, people, flying fish or some other weird and wonderful creature of the sea. |

Brad Rasmus My love of the ocean started at the age of 10 on a trip to Queensland. I've been surfing ever since. Bodyboarding predominantly and only in recent years standing up. I was once a keen photographer, but have since passed on the photographic duties. My entrepreneurial side led to my partnership with Jules and Oceaneye. You'll usually find me behind the computer, inside a barrel or working as a type of health professional called a CHEK Practitioner. A holistic health professional that works specifically with surfers to improve their overall health and surfing performance. |
