Oceaneye
is the pursuit of outdoor photography. Capturing moments in ocean time; the waves, the wildlife, and the early sunrise.
Australia has a truly unique environment worth preserving in every sense of the word. The natural world is beyond amazing! and our lives are way too short to be missing the greatest show on earth.

I would often find the fossilized remains of an ancient ecosystem in my own back yard in New Zealand's rural heartland; shells mostly, sometimes fishes, carved free by the rivers from the surrounding mountains and deep limestone cliffs. Decades later my view of the world has become a thought provoking process through the lens, largely inspired by nature - moving water, people, flying fish or some other weird and wonderful creature of the sea.

My love of the ocean started at the age of 10 on a trip to Queensland. I've been surfing ever since. Bodyboarding predominantly and only in recent years standing up. I was once a keen photographer, but have since passed on the photographic duties. My entrepreneurial side led to my partnership with Jules and Oceaneye. You'll usually find me behind the computer, inside a barrel or working as a type of health professional called a CHEK Practitioner. A holistic health professional that works specifically with surfers to improve their overall health and surfing performance.
